Service Description

This is the compressed program offered by Coach Jeff: Life Coaching, Self-Leadership, Academic and Career coaching focusing on self-awareness and goal setting. It is a one-day event with 2 main topics covered plus one add-on topic will be added based on clients need. Session 1: Self-Discovery: this session tackles the value of MAN to develop a deeper understanding of why MAN desires good and happiness and the qualities (virtues) that helps MAN reach these desires. Session 2: Self-Leadership & Integration: Integrating the learnings in Session 1 with the self-leadership framework helps the leader become more influential to others. Add On: Academic Coaching (Academe) excludes non-graduating students. This session aims to help students identify the challenges, assess strengths and weaknesses, provide techniques and create strategies to improve academic performance. Career Coaching: This session is exclusive to graduate students or young professionals looking for jobs and career development. Free 5 One to One Coaching sessions for the event organizers.
